Track Name: Scoundrel
I tore all the vines out,
it's been a week.
I'm doing fine now.
I can barely sleep.
I've been swelling up with questions
like wisdom teeth.
So divide your friends into sections
rated by needs.

I've been drinking, I'm afraid to say it's so.
Where honesty and anxiety are dancing toe to toe.
You say, "Fuck this town we live in,
I'm hardly alive at all."
I can hardly fucking listen while you set me up to fall.
Now I'm ripping out the stitches and they reek of rotten flesh.
Flipping all the switches, I gotta' see how this one ends.

I've got you on the line now,
could it be me to guide you down
through falling clouds
and a pride that keeps
leveling out perceptions and third degrees.
So decide the end, my dearest friend,
you were never free.

I've been drinking, I'm afraid to say it's so.
Where honesty and anxiety are dancing toe to toe.
You say,

The Crowd sings:
"Fuck this town we live in,
I'm hardly alive at all."
I can hardly fucking listen while you set me up to fall.
Now I'm ripping out the stitches and they reek of rotten flesh.
Flipping all the switches, I gotta' see how this one ends.

Track Name: Broadway
So let me know if I go to far
as you deal the cards.
In neon lights
they'll talk all night
and fight for the pulpit.

Take into account
with all your whereabouts
and put me in the ground;
I'd be so better off.

Oh, you've won the crowd
theatrical and selling out.
I want that Broadway sound
but I know it's not enough
to sell my soul,
to let my feelings go.

So keep it slow,
stay in your car
as I beg the stars.
In the dead of night,
we'll keep up this fight
and ask, "Was it worth it?"

Take into account
with all your whereabouts
and put me in the ground;
I'd be so better off.

Oh, you've won the crowd
theatrical and selling out.
I want that Broadway sound
but I know it's not enough
to sell my soul,
to let my feelings go.

So take all the time we spent
and cut out the difference.
I'm walking on a fence,
you know I'd rather not.
